I fell in love with Flea Style a few years ago when my friend Kelly took me there to make a hat as my Christmas gift. If you’ve never been to Flea Style, you should check out Brittany Cobb’s (owner and the vision behind Flea Style) story and how Flea Style was created. Flea Style has several locations throughout the DFW Metroplex and all are the perfect venue for a girls’ weekend. I could spend hours looking around in Flea Style. The boho style clothing, the hat bar, and the Heirloom restaurant (Frisco location). At every spot, I find something new. Before you go, be sure to schedule a hat-making appointment in the store or a virtual hat appointment. My love language is quality time and this is still by far one of my favorite gifts. This was my idea of the perfect girls’ weekend.

Girls Weekend Outfit Ideas Must-Haves

This collection is full of outfit ideas for any girls’ weekend getaway.  I am channeling my inner boho vibe with this gorgeous white off-the-shoulder ruffle top. This is a top that can be taken from daytime shopping to cocktail hour. Every girls’ weekend needs a #lbd. How sweet is this babydoll textured dress?! Pair it with the light wash, cropped denim jacket. I love the studs and details of this jean jacket. No outfit is complete at Flea Style without the iconic wide-brim hat. This lavender hat had me at hello. 

Day at the Pool outfit ideas

So many good options from this collection for a day at the pool. First and most important – the ivory chin strap straw hat. Sun protection is key! The adjustable strap allows you to make sure the hat stays in place even when the breeze picks up. The light-knit star sweater is lightweight enough to wear as a cover-up to the pool/beach. Another great option is the floral duster. And do not forget your sunglasses. I love this tortoiseshell oversized sunglasses. 

Spa Day

If your girls’ weekend includes a spa day, this gray thermal knit top and bottom set is a must-have. I love to throw on a cardigan after getting a massage and this checkered smiley cardigan gives me all the feels.

No girls’ weekend is complete without a day of shopping. Even if you are just window shopping, this is a must on the itinerary. I love this ivory strapless jumpsuit. It is a super simple outfit that doesn’t require a whole lot. It’s beautiful on its own. This flowy high-neck maxi is another simple option for a day of shopping and brunch. Easily transition either of these looks to go from day to night with a quick swap of shoes and add some fun accessories with the rainbow earrings or turquoise ring. These pieces are the perfect finishing touch to any boho-inspired outfit.

I love the mix of the boho fashion of everyday wear combined with pieces that can be easily dressed up for a date night. The flowy fabric along with the details – blends my desire for staples to mix comfort with style. All of these styles would be the perfect outfits for a girls’ getaway or staycation weekend.
