2019 holiday gift guide :: 6-12 months

Cuddle + Kind Evan the Elephant :: everyone in our house is a fan of these super soft knit animals. Evan was just released last month and has already been a big hit around here! it is the cutest and probably my personal favorite next to Ella the unicorn and Scout the deer! we love Cuddle + Kind because they make dolls for girls and boys, but also the mission behind this brand is incredible! for every doll purchased, 10 meals are provided to children in need around the world through their respected giving partners. our purchase of these dolls gives children an opportunity to reach their potential and provides hope for a better future. not to mention the cutest stuffed knit animal of all time, perfect for a monthly cuddle sesh (see Baylor’s monthly photos.. I am due to play catch up).

Hooded Outfit :: is there anything cuter than a baby in a hood with a pom on top? I love this outfit for Baylor because it’s super functional (he’s a mover and a shaker), keeps him warm and toasty this time of year with the super soft knit, but is, of course, adorable. I always like to gift my babies a few new cozy outfits to get them through the colder months and this one fits the bill. H&M is on the top of my list for favorite places to shop for the boys- trendy and functional! check out my “where I shop for baby boys” blog post for more inspo!

Hatch Baby Rest+ :: have I mentioned how much we love our Hatch Baby Rest? it comes everywhere with us. hotels, vacations, as well as BB and Papa’s house! you name it, the Rest has been brought along. I love that it can be controlled on my phone, the kids love that it makes rainbow lights.. I use it in the big girls’ room for their sound sleep through the night and morning wake up alarm for school. not to mention, Baylor has been my best sleeper and I swear it’s at least partly because of the Hatch. I promise your babe will be happy to see this under the tree!

Vtech Cube:: I showed you guys this cube while we were out shopping and found it on amazon cheaper than in store! I ended up buying the cube and couldn’t wait to give it to him! Baylor is ALL OVER this thing! it lights up. it talks. there are blocks involved. it’s a win,win gift for our little explorer. there’s so many different activities within this one toy that it’s guaranteed to keep him occupied. plus it’s educational! love Vtech for thinking of all the things.

Stacking Rings:: we love wooden toys around here and the colors on this one are so adorable. a fun change from the traditional, an I couldn’t say no to this update on the classic stacking rings. perfect stocking stuffer for your 6-12 month baby!

Modern Burlap Sleepers:: my love for MB runs deep! Baylor has been wearing Modern Burlap Sleepers since birth- and they were perfect for keeping him snuggly through the winter in his first few months of life. you can’t beat the softness of these and they come in an array of beautiful colors. I prefer the zipper closure and snagged a few in the next size up because this boy is growing like a weed, and I like to have some practical gifts for babies, too! another easy stocking stuffer!

Musical Llama:: Baylor loves music…Taylor Swift comes on the radio and every bone in his body is wiggling! just like any baby his age, Baylor also loves to make noise, and this musical llama would be a perfect way for him to keep the beat. or just bang. either way, he would love it. I especially like that it has a lot of ways for your little way to interact and learn as well as it being aesthetically pleasing.. toys are toys, but this one is extra pretty!

Fisher Price Smooth Moves Sloth:: another musical option for the season, but officially the only thing you not need batteries for on my gift guide. I bet you didn’t know becoming a parent also meant investing in Duracell stock, did you? batteries should be on every gift guide, honestly- ha! I’ve already seen this cute little guy in a few places this Holiday season so I think he’s going be a big hit. who doesn’t love a dancing sloth? and one that teaches colors? genius. I could see Brady totally loving him too! a fun way for the brothers to play together.

Knabe Woodwork Name Puzzle:: Knabe Woodwork has done several projects for us including the sliding barn door in Brady’s room and our shiplap walls in the kitchen and play room-  but my all-time favorite project is the personal name puzzle they gifted Baylor. their work is so high quality I know I can trust their wooden puzzles to be beautiful and safe. you won’t find such a special personalized gift with craftmanship like this! such a fun personalize gift for kids and families of all ages.
