Easy Cocktails To Make This Fall

Fall isn’t just about decorating with pumpkins, mums, and bats. It’s the perfect time of year to get outside and cheers with loved ones. I’m no bartender but these are some pretty fancy craft cocktails if I do say so myself. If you are looking for some new easy cocktails to make this fall, give these a try.

Apple Cider Mimosa

Cinnamon Apple Cider Mimosa

  • 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
  • Agave Syrup (just enough to rim the glass)
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup of champagne or prosecco (chilled)
  • Apple slices

On a plate, combine cinnamon and sugar.

Rim glass with agave syrup and then cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Take the rimmed glass and fill with 1/4 cup apple cider and 1/4 cup champagne or prosecco.

Garnish with an apple slice.

Makes one drink.

Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini

Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini

  • 1.5 ounces of Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce of Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 1.5 ounces of Coffee Liqueur
  • 1.5 ounces of pumpkin spice liqueur
  • 2 ounces of Espresso
  • Ice
  • Pumpkin Spice
  • Cinnamon Stick

Put ice into a shaker. Pour all ingredients into the shaker. Give it a couple of good shakes.

Pour into a martini glass and garnish with pumpkin spice and cinnamon stick.

Makes one drink.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I give these drinks a 15. I’m still trying to decide which one I like better. We had fun putting these together today. Now all I need is the temperatures to drop a little more here in Texas so we can have a reason to make a fire.
